After three years of searching for a house, and working with unsuccessful real estate agents, I was to the point of giving up on my goal. This was until I came across Conall Sullivan. Conall is a wealth of knowledge. He is attentive, dedicated, and patient. Conall always made himself available, sometimes I wonder if he even sleeps. Unlike the other agents I worked with, Conall pays close attention to what you are looking for and shows you just that. Other agents showed me the total opposite of what I was looking for and then get annoyed when I didn’t show any interest. I must say, Conall showed me over 15 houses, yes I’m very picky, and not once did he show infuriation nor negativity. In fact, he is a very positive person and always gave me hope on finding my dream house, and so he did. I ‘am extremely happy in my new place.
